Kevin, Alex and I are going to be developing an embedded web application for The Hawaii Energy Efficiency Program. They are currently contracting a web design group from Maryland to construct their website. We will be working with this both of these groups to integrate our applications together. The interesting aspect of this project is that it is entirely up to us to design, implement Kevin, Alex and I are going to be developing an embedded web application for The Hawaii Energy Efficiency Program. The interesting aspect of this project is that it is entirely up to us to design, implement and manage to the project. There are no assignments or deadlines except the ones we make. I think this freedom will allow us to really engage the project and teach us a lot about planning and real development. Working with people in the industry will also be a plus. So far we don’t have much planned until our initial meeting on Tuesday. I hope to gain perspective on the requirements and wishes of the client during this initial meeting.
